How long is a session?
From 30 to 90 minutes. You can add 15 or 30 minutes when you book or on the day.
What do I wear?
Undress to the point you are comfortable. You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time.
Am I covered the whole time?
Yes. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when Woodrow moves on.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. He stops right away.
How do I set the pressure?
Pick a word from the scale: light, medium, firm or deep. Woodrow asks at the start, in the middle and at the end, and you can say lighter or firmer whenever you like.
What happens at a first visit?
A short intake on the booking page, then a talk about pressure and any area to leave alone. First visit has the steps.
How often should I come?
Some people book every few weeks, some monthly, some for a single hard week. Woodrow can talk it through with you.
Should I tip?
Tipping is welcome and never expected.
What if I am ill or pregnant?
If you are ill, tell Woodrow and he will move your session. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor before booking, and tell him when you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours. The policies page has the full answer.
