How it runs

Every session, in order

The same four steps at every length, so you know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Arrive

Come ten minutes early to settle. Woodrow meets you at the door of Suite 204.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Ask

He asks about pressure and any area to leave alone, and answers questions.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Work

You are covered by a sheet the whole time. Pressure changes the moment you say so.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Finish

Sit up slowly, have some water, and book your next visit if you want one.

You can stop at any time

Say lighter, firmer or stop, at any point and for any reason. Woodrow stops right away.
