Your first visit
A first visit starts ten minutes before the session, because those minutes are for talking.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length on the online calendar. A 60-minute session is the usual first visit, and the booking page has a short intake that Woodrow reads before you arrive.
- 02
Step 2: What to wear and bring
Wear something easy to take off and put back on. Bring water if you like, and leave jewelry at home. Tell Woodrow about any scent or oil allergy when you book.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early. Suite 204 is up one flight on Vermont Street, and Woodrow meets you at the door and shows you the room.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
A talk about pressure and any area to leave alone, then the session. You are covered by a sheet the whole time, and you can stop at any point.
Good to know
Before you come
Pressure
Woodrow asks before you start and again halfway. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
Covered
A sheet or towel covers you the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered.
The right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have a recent injury or surgery, ask your doctor before you book.
